• Location: We’re situated in a quiet suburban street near downtown San Diego, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle. • Pet-Friendly: The property allows pets (up to two), and you’re welcome to walk your dog in the neighborhood. Remember to clean up after your furry friend! • Smoking Policy: While the facility is smoke-free indoors, smoking is permitted outside the room. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated trash bin. • Trash Disposal: The color-coded bins outside help with waste separation: blue for recycling, gray for trash, and green for shrubbery. • Climate Control: Central heat and air are available, and you’ll find a ceiling fan, space heater, and an extra blanket in your room for personalized comfort. • Parking: Guests can park up to two cars in the driveway. • Food Options: Although there’s no on-site food service or kitchen, you can conveniently order from Uber Eats, Doordash, Instacart, or Grubhub. • Nearby Amenities: The Rancho San Diego Village, just 2.2 miles away, offers restaurants and grocery shopping. Randy and I are military veterans who have travelled around the world for business and for leisure. We are also empty nesters. We welcome you to our private guest suite! We live in the attached main house and are available to assist if needed. We started hosting April 2022 and welcome your feedback.
We are located 1.5 mi from historic Mt Helix in La Mesa CA. Our neighborhood is quiet and suburban and the first thing that guests have mentioned they've noticed is that our area has a lot of trees and greenery.
