Tailor-made for relaxing get away. Modern chalet is nested near Hunter (8 minutes), Windham (13 mintes), and Colgate Lake (7 minutes). Awaking in soft sunlight and feeling the breeze from the mountains. This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is your four season retreat. Whether it's winter skiing, summer hiking or fall foliage, the fresh air of the mountains awaits you. This 1000+ square foot modern chalet house is big enough to accommodate 6-8 people. It also features Nest smart home. Well equipped kitchen with breathtaking view of the backyard. Dishwasher/Oven/Microwave/Washer&Dryer/Toaster/WaterBoiler/Vent fan/Silverware&Cookware sets One big room with queen size bed is on the first floor, next to the bathroom. Two bedrooms are located upstairs with one full bathroom. Each room has walk in closet and dresser as well as smart phone charging lamp. We also prepared high chairs and bed for baby. Office set also perfect for someone work remotely! Enjoy a Cup of coffee at our customized triangle Swiss-pattern reading area or sip a glass of wine seating in the deck. 3-5 parkings space available. It was originally built in the 1970's. Then it was remodeled what you see today. The cabin interior has been thoughtful curated with uniquely designed objects, furniture, textiles, and art.
