Downstairs is a studio apartment with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a small table for a laptop or a cup of coffee. Upstairs is an inviting comfy sofa, dining area, another kitchen, and more! Our home is in the heart of Lakeland and offers convenience, peace and efficiency.
