Welcome to Charming Conway Getaway house rental. You have chosen a very convenient place in Conway, AR. The property is located within minutes to several educational institutions such as the University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, and Hendrix College. Medical institutions such as Conway Regional Hospital and Baptist Medical Hospital are not far. The city of Conway has many shopping areas, restaurants and walking/jogging trails for those of you looking for a more active experience. However, if you plan to do some remote work at a quiet place, we have you covered with a built-in office with Wi-Fi and printing capabilities to get your work done. We look forward to having you as a guest.

My wife Maureen and I have lived and enjoyed being Conway residents for several decades. We have six children (all adult now), a dog called "Riley" and a cat called "Minie". We enjoy sharing our "Charming Conway Getaway" rental house with our guests so they can experience all the Conway area has to offer !

The property is located within the "Westgate" subdivision, with family residences. It is about 1-1/2 blocks from the University of Central Arkansas, with walking trails, restaurants and shopping strips nearby.
