This unit has 2 separate bedrooms with 1 bathroom, a living room, dining area, and a full kitchen with standard appliances. If you enjoy cooking, the stove and oven are gas-powered. As for your comfort, there are wall-mounted AC units in the 1-bedroom and the living room. There are also heaters in the rooms, and in this part of the Bay Area, the indoor space will range from 55-80 degrees Fahrenheit. I enjoy being a guest and a host, thanks to my experience as a past Peace Corps volunteer. I'm excited to be your hostess while you stay in this area. As a long-time Toastmaster, I value communication. I believe that both guests and hosts will have better experiences utilizing a proactive communication style.
This home is at the heart of the Bay Area. It's ~25 miles between three major airports SJC, SFO, and OAK. It's 0.8 miles from local transportation/subway/bus stop at “Hayward BART.” And it’s in the center of San Francisco (the city), Santa Cruz (the ocean), Napa (the vineyards), and Yosemite (the beautiful national park)!! If you need numbers, we’re near the freeways 880, 680, 92, 580, 101, 280, 85, and 17.
