A beautiful 1-bedroom on the second floor of a house with 5-bedrooms in the historic city Chapel Hill. This house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where is 10 minutes driving to UNC Chapel Hill and 20 minutes to Duke University and Research Triangle Park. It’s about 5 minutes driving to shopping centers. Kitchen is fully equipped. It has a huge deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. Perfect place for short stay.
