This 700 square feet (82 square meters) one bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located on the ten floor, building #1 of the Blue Heron Beach Resort, It is super comfortable and has many amenities like a big pool, jacuzzi, gym, game room, pool bar, access to Lake Bryant, beautiful landscape. In summary a great place at a very affordable price. There is a 24 hour reception desk with somebody who is willing to help you with all your needs while you are in the property. There is a shuttle service that will take you to many of the Outlet stores, or parks. Please check with reception desk for hours of operation. Also if you need to rent a car, there is parking available on the property at no additional cost.

Its location is probably one of the best features, being closed to restaurants, Store Outlets and most of the main Orlando Tourist attractions, like Disney, Universal, International drive, etc. It is just within 1 mile from Disney Springs, and within just minutes away from main Orlando tourist attractions. The building is located on road 535 across Vistana Resort and Disney Springs ( What it used to be Downtown Disney). Just one minute away from Interstate 4 which is the main highway in Orlando.
