Property info

Take it easy at our Polk Street Suites, a unique and tranquil space. A 2-level row house, 2 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bathroom getaway. Whether on a quick business trip, staycation or vacation, you are right at home with all the necessary amenities. It comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests. The Master Suite contains a queen-sized bed. Suite 2 contains a full-sized bed. The main level has a full sized futon. The property features a fully stocked gourmet style kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Neighborhood info

Lily Ponds is a neighborhood in NE DC, east of the Anacostia river, bounded by Kenilworth Avenue on the east side, East Capitol Street on the south, Anacostia Avenue on the west, and Benning Road on the north. Lily Ponds feels very insulated from it’s immediate neighbors due to being between the freeway and the river, and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and features a large green park on the eastern end with a bike trail and playground. Prices are on the rise in Lily Ponds due to the proximity to Capitol Hill and the east end of the H Street Trolley, but buyers can still get a nice front porch brick townhouse for under the median price of homes in Washington, DC.
