Steps away from Lake Balboa Park & Ventura Blvd. 3 miles from Van Nuys Flyaway Terminal, 8 miles from Universal Studios, 12 miles from West LA, around 30 minute drive to LAX, Malibu/Sta Monica beach, 6 Flags Magic Mountain, Pasadena, Hollywood, Downtown LA Everyday is like summer in our LA home. Let loose and lounge poolside. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, cabana! Our home is designed to radiate the Los Angeles vibe - laid back, hip and vibrant. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that can accommodate 7 guests. Extra foldable bed, toddler bed cot, etc. are available in case you need it. All of the rooms have fresh, clean linens, pillows, and blankets. Beds are comfortable and protected with anti allergy- anti bed bug mattress protector. We have a full kitchen with a lot of counter and storage space. It is equipped with cooking, baking and dining needs. We have a complete array of appliances - washer/dryer, refirgerator, microwave, dishwasher, Nest-enabled ac, smart tv and wi-fi printer.
