Property information

This huge, private and quiet in the dead-end road that has a 3 br, 2 ba. A master br and 2nd br have king size bed, the third br has a full and twin beds. Huge living room that has TVs; Premium PPV movies; big office area that you can work remotely; a kitchen, dinner area, big patio with second kitchen and a treadmill to exercise; a full-size Samsung washer and dryer machines. The sofa is also had a queen bed underneath. Our home is huge and rooming but has a lowest price in town. Easy to access to beaches, highways that lead you to South Beach Miami or West Palm Beach within a 30 minutes highway drive. There are banks, groceries, casino and shopping around within 10 minutes local drive. There is a private huge garden with water canal. The garage is not accessible and being use for storage and cleaning service.

Neighbourhood information

The house is near the cul-de-sac with almost no public traffic,. walking dogs and jogging neighborhood, free parking, groceries, shopping, banks, restaurants and even a casino in the 5 to 10 minutes
