A family friendly home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Open floor plan with a master suite and guest suite along with 2 kids rooms and an upstairs playroom. Indoor fireplace, cozy backyard with grill. Includes a 2 car garage and additional parking in back. Just 3 miles/6 minutes from downtown, 4 minutes to NAU campus and only 30 minutes from Snowbowl. Several kid friendly parks in neighborhood.

We are available anytime via text or talk. You will be given an access code the day of your arrival which can also function as a home security access during your stay for extra security and peace of mind.
Our home is located in the Presidio in the Pines neighborhood which has several family friendly parks only 1-5 minutes walk from the front door. There are beautiful views of Mt Humphreys and the surrounding countryside visible from the neighborhood.
Our home includes a 2 car garage available for guests use and additional parking in the driveway and behind the home. Street parking is prohibited by city ordinance during the winter months
