Property info

4 bedroom 2 bath with a 3 car garage, built in 2021, in a subdivision overlooking Rapid City with great views of sunsets over the Black Hills during evening walks in the neighborhood. The four bedrooms have one king, two queen, and two twin/twin bunk beds. Game room with foosball, air hockey, & games along with large HDTV's with access to all your streaming networks through high speed internet provided.

Sheridan Hills - New construction neighborhood conveniently located to access everything Rapid City and Black Hills have to offer. Extensive restaurant selection and grocery (Walmart, Sams, Dakotah Butcher) within 5 minutes of property. Family Fare and Safeway within 10 minutes of property. Less than 5 minutes to Watiki waterpark, Rushmore Crossing shopping and restaurants, SAM's Club, Target, and Menards and I-90 interstate access. 10 minutes to Rapid City downtown attractions and Ellsworth AFB gates.
