SUMMARY: This Flexhome is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each bedroom. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. First floor has living room, kitchen, and half bath. Second floor has bedrooms and full bath. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and game lounge. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1.
