The host lives on the same property unit with guests. Our accommodations include a private bedroom with a private bath on a private floor so guests can feel safe and distanced from others.
I enjoy meeting new people and giving them the best experience in NYC. I am an artist and designer so there is a lot of attention focused on the details and cleanliness. I reside on the property full time to attend guests if needed anytime.
We are close to the Staten Island Ferry to Manhattan and the shopping outlet and ball park to the side. There are many restaurants around and places to visit on Staten Island like the Alice Austen House, Snug Harbor and the Beaches.
