Kitchen and dining area provide access to the outdoor deck overlooking the backyard and large pool. The outdoor pool area is a relaxing oasis that includes, lounge chairs and umbrellas, conversation area with lounge sofa and chairs, dining tables & chairs for 10+ and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for summer night enjoyment with family/friends. New mini split air conditioner installed throughout the house.
The house is located across from Lake of the Lillies & only 3 blocks to the Ocean! (private beach access). Only minutes to Jenkinson's Pier and Boardwalk.
Included are 10 beach badges for access to the Elizabeth Carter private beach.
