Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath modern cottage. Clean, bright, cozy! Large yard, woods, privacy. In park next to house: winter sledding hill, ice skating, tennis courts, basketball, playground! 65” TV in living room, ceiling fans in bedrooms, all wood & tile floors. All beds are comfort memory foam! Large upper level master suite w/ king bed & luxury en-suite bath! Walk to Grays Bay on Lake Minnetonka, Libbs Lake Beach, parks, trails! 5-10 min to Wayzata—MN’s fave lakeside town! 15 min to Mpls!
I love healthy food, being outdoors, and going to the beach! I am enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and have worked in it for over 15 years. I have 3 children and a wonderful husband, and love to travel and explore with them! Available by phone, text, and email!
Next to large sledding hill, ice skating rink, and warming house! Next to gorgeous tennis courts, walking path, park with playground, and bike trails. Walking distance to Gray’s Bay on Lake Minnetonka, restaurants, coffee shop, and our neighborhood healthy foods co-op grocery store! Car, bike, or walk! Park in the driveway!
