Check-in time is after 16:00. If you plan to arrive early, the bellman on the ground floor can store your luggage so that you may start exploring Chicago.
Our checkout time is at noon. If you plan to stay in Chicago later than that, our bell captain on the ground floor will be able to hold your luggage after check-out time so you may still explore Chicago.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of $300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
