Hana Kai Maui was established in 2001. The buildings were built in 1972. Hana Kai Maui, LLC currently operates 17 of the 19 units on the property. Units 102 & 207 are managed separately. Unit 206, an upper floor lofted studio, situated in the Mauka building, enjoys wide ocean views looking over the smaller Makai building . Our pristine black pebble beach remains untouched. Experience breathtaking sunrises, moonlit nights, and the serene cadence of the tides as they ebb and flow along the shoreline below.

We are conveniently located near all of the outdoor activities in the Hana area, including Waianapanapa State Park, Haleakala National Park - Kipahulu division (also known as Seven Pools), Koki and Hamoa Beaches, and Kahanu Gardens, among other attractions.
