** Brand New Construction ** 1,300 square foot 3 bed / 2 bath condo with 6 beds and can sleep 10. - 7 minute walk to the beach / boardwalk. - 10 minute walk to Morey's Pier and water park - 10 minute walk to Kohr Bros. ice cream, and Macks pizza - 18 minute walk / 4 minute drive to the convention center - 2 minute walk to Atilis Gym on Pacific
I'm a Software developer, father, grandfather, husband, gamer, and entrepreneur. I also have 2 properties on vrbo, bonita springs FL and ocean city NJ, so I understand what it means to trust guests that are staying at your home. I will always be available through the app for any issues that arise, and usually have a 1 hour turnaround time between 8 AM and 9 PM. Anything messages after 9 PM will be addressed the following morning after 8 AM.
Guests can walk to many places from the condo, but to fully explore the island you will need to drive. There is street parking and many parking lots along the boardwalk. All public street parking is cashless using ParkMobile.
