This centrally located 3 bedroom 1 bath home, located a 15 minute walk to the world famous magnolia silos, Coffee Shop, Magnolia Shopping, 5 minutes from the prestigious Baylor University campus and Athletic stadiums such as McLane Stadium & Foster Pavilion & 3 minutes from downtown Waco." This Fully furnished home is perfect for you & your family complete with a fenced in backyard & a full kitchen.
I am most interested in making sure you have a smooth arrival, a place to relax and call home while you visit our wonderful city, and being available to answer any questions an offer suggestions to help make your stay awesome.
The house is locate off of a fairly busy street with some foot traffic. The neighborhood is mostly made up of honest blue collar workers. We are just a few minutes from the Silos, Downtown, and Baylor.
