This is not a party house, thank you for your consideration. The Wash House derives its name from its close proximity to a desert wash. This natural phenomenon is a result of a powerful stream that carves its way through the landscape during infrequent but intense rain showers. The wash serves as a haven for a diverse range of wildlife, including coyotes, rabbits, quails. Our hope is for The Wash House to be a relaxing retreat for you to reset, reflect and rejuvenate!
I try to leave footprints of Love and Kindness wherever I go in hopes that it will make a wonderful difference ❤️
This Lower Friendly Hills neighborhood provides a harmonious balance between open desert space, and close vicinity to all that Joshua Tree National Park, Joshua Tree Village and Yucca Valley has to offer!
