Corner lot, well maintained and fully fenced for privacy. Nice clean back porch for relaxing and catching the Florida sunshine. There is a camera on the front porch for security purposes, none indoors.
We are welcoming to all people and look forward to sharing our home with yo during your vacation.
Great neighborhood located very close to the main high way (I-4) and nearby many wonderful restaurants and shopping options. Approximately 5 miles to the Orlando science center, multiple museums in the famous Winter Park. All theme parks within a reasonable drive. Daytona and New Smyrna beaches ~ 45 minute away.
