Relax and have fun with the whole family at this new house. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, pool table. 10 minutes driving to the Strip! New spacious house with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 6 beds. Comfortably accommodates 12 guests. 7 ft pool table with cushioned seating in game area upstairs. The house is 2023 new construction, located in a quiet community. Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers are minutes away. 10 minutes driving to the Strip! Living room has a 65 inch smart HDTV. 2nd floor game area also has a 50 inch smart HDTV. You have access to publicly available channels, you can also login with your own accounts (Netflix, Roku, etc) to watch your favorite shows. Modern furnished kitchen and large island with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, utensils, full cooking set, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Dedicated workspace with desk, chair, ethernet port, computer monitor/keyboard/mouse, etc. You can bring and connect your own laptop. All bedside lamps have USB port(s) and AC outlet. Just bring your USB cable then you can charge your personal devices while comfortably relaxing in bed. Free 5G WiFi is provided onsite. Full laundry (washer and dryer) on 2nd floor. Located in a safe new community with private two car garage. You can find local stores and restaurants 0.7 miles away. This property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitized serviced for every guest who books with us! The home will always be stocked with bath towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
