This lovely guest house is tiny but has everything you need for a comfortably stay when traveling in downtown SJ area • 200 sqft • everything new inside this guest house • 1 free parking + no kitchen • walk to SAP Center (1.3mi), San Jose McEnery Convention Center (1.2mi), Downtown SJ (1.5mi) • walk to San Jose Regional Medical Center • quiet neighborhood, centrally located in sj, mins to silicon valley urban lifestyle • 120+ high tech companies nearby (google, adobe, oracles, etc.) • uber is easy and convenient The space 1 bedroom • 1 bath • no kitchen, no washer/dryer • the parking lot is a sharing area PARKING: 1 free parking space available at backyard. Extra Yard and roadside parking first comes first serves. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of 100 USD Dollar per pet per stay.
