This neighborhood is quiet but so close to everything. There is a dog park on site in community if you are traveling with a pet. There is a community pool available as well to enjoy the beautiful sunshine in Arizona. Walkable to Scottsdale finest restaurants, shopping and nightlife if traveling without a car. If you are traveling with a car there is a two car garage attached to home. You are able to reach most of scottsdale by foot. However you do have other options like public transportation like bus or trolley, golf carts , uber, lyft or bring you car and park in the 2 car extended garage.
