Our home has always been an open door! With our rental we are able to welcome and entertain friends, family and visitors. Before moving to Utah we owned a successful catering company in Florida. Providing a nice place to stay and good food to eat has been a love of ours from the moment we owned our first home. When we moved to Utah we knew we wanted to create a space to do just that! Our guests enjoy walks on the nearby trails, skiing, and the close proximity to shops and restaurants while staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our cozy basement apartment is connected to our personal home. You will self-check into your own private entrance. You will hear occasional noises from our family above.
Just around the corner is a beautiful scenic walkway and bike path. One mile from University Mall, restaurants, and movie theater. Beautiful and well-established neighborhood. UTA bus stops within walking distance
