This is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can host up to 4 people, complete with a Queen mattress in the bedroom, full size sofa bed, free Wi-Fi and kitchen to cook all your delicious meals. Come and get some relaxation in a brand new 6 person spa with private fencing all around for your convenience.
My husband and I have lived in this beautiful state our entire life’s and would not trade the bright sunshine and clear beaches for anything in the world. We enjoy spending our free time with our family. The best thing about hosting is getting to share this great city and all the amazing things there are to experience with you.
The neighborhood is quiet with no through traffic. We are located in the heart of Brandon close to all attractions, 20 minutes from Lithia Springs Regional Park, 13 minutes from The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, 13 minutes from The Florida State Fair grounds, 5 minutes from Brandon mall, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, 15 minutes from Mosi, close by museums, historic Ybor City, 15 minutes from Dinosaur world and many more.
