Permit #SLP11069 With Newport Beach's popular 35th Street beach and boardwalk steps away, our corner downstairs unit is perfectly situated to accommodate folks who want to experience the best of local beach living and recreation. Besides what is already stocked and prepared for our guests, anything else needed or desired is either a walk or bike ride away. Here's what you'll find in this downstairs unit: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Large sectional leather sofa - Streaming Cable TV & Wifi - French doors open to front patio with ocean view - Dining table w/ seating for 4 KITCHEN: - Basic supply of dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major appliances; small appliances - Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1: 2 sets of Twin bunk beds - Bedroom #2: King bed, Streaming Cable TV - Primary Bedroom: King bed; en suite bathroom, Streaming Cable TV EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 2 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best used for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.
