Raised Ranch home with TVs in all bedrooms. Upstairs consists of kitchen, living room, 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunk bed room with full bath on this level. Downstairs consists of 1 king bed , desk/office space and 1 full bath. Breezeway off room offers screened doors and windows to open for nice sitting on nice weather days. Breezeway leads to very large extra hang out space with sofa, loveseat, large table for game playing, small bar, and 65" TV Fenced yard and deck.

Neighbourhood information

Close to literally everything! Cincinnati Children's Liberty Campus, Kings Island, Spooky Nook, Top Golf, Outlet Shopping, plus Western & Southern Tennis Tournament. Will need to drive or use uber/lyft. There is a dairy queen and other venues right across the street or walkable, but this home is on a pretty busy street.
