We've fully renovated our historic property to house local shops and two beautiful apartments for your next visit to Springfield. Located on the corner of Pickwick and Cherry in the Rountree Neighborhood we offer comfortable 2-bedroom apartments with wonderful finishing details like locally quarried and crafted marble countertops, custom cabinets, and hand made trim and woodwork. Free wifi, free parking, locally roasted coffee, and other perks make us a favorite for families and business travelers both.
Amanda is an experienced host who personally designed our property. She is very accommodating and helpful with guests
Rountree is a thriving historic neighborhood full of 1920-30s era homes with big trees, walkable sidewalks, and short distances to all of Springfield's attractions the neighborhood is one of the most sought after locations in the city by both residents and visitors.
