This unit does not have access to the Tahoe Mountain Club or Gray’s Swim & Fitness center. 2. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 adults. 3. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 4. Air Conditioning available in upstairs master bedroom only. 5. Home under construction next door some noise and nuisance can be expected (Summer 2023) 6. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
