Spacious 1 bed 1 bath (UPSTAIRS) apartmentlarge full kitchen. Video game system! Apple/CableTV all sports movie channels DVR! Entertain w/formal matching service for 8! Enjoy cooking w/gas stove with Calphalon commercial cookware (upon request), fondue pot etc. Freestanding bldg in downtown Columbia in quiet residential area. THIS IS NOT A SHARED UNIT! Walk to Publix/ other shopping or USC football games. Approx 1 mile to all Devine St shopping and dining. Discounts for 7&30consecutive nights

This apartment is a freestanding building (just like a house) with residential homes neatly spaced around it located in an old in town quiet residential area (Rosewood/Shandon) of downtown Columbia. We are on the edge of a school zone and conveniently located essentially in the middle of everything in a downtown Columbia residential area. There are plenty of places to walk or ride bikes. We are very close to many parks and everything Columbia has to offer. There are a fair amount of street lights within very close proximity of the apartment. There are also motion activated lights on the front of the building where you park and above your entry door as well as other lights on the property and adjacent property that stay on. City bus stop is one block from apartment. Walk .4 miles to Rosewood Dairy Bar/grill, Dry Cleaning or to Danos Pizza. .4 mile to Sims Park- basketball court, bathrooms, playground, city water park for kids. Police sub station. Walk .6 mile to Publix, 5th Avenue Deli, BP Gas, ABC store, Hot Yoga, Main Moon Chinese, Great Clips, Rosewood Market or Pretzel Factory. Walk .2 miles to the full service laundromat or to Old Timey Meat Market, Subway
