This quaint 1 bedroom 1 bathroom small guest home is located minutes from Gonzaga University, Holy Family Hospital and is just a short drive to Downtown Spokane. The house sits on a shared lot and is nestled behind the primary residence. Both homes have their own private entrances and the yard is divided by a 6 foot fence offering both residences complete comfort and privacy.

The bedroom boasts an extremely inviting queen mattress that is so comfortable you may never want to leave. In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa offering additional sleeping space. Don’t let the small kitchen fool you, it is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals on-site! You will also find an all in one washer/dryer located in the kitchen for your convenience.
