House is located down a gravel driveway, and the carport can be a tight fit. So only small or medium-sized cars are recommended. There is street parking a block or two away up the hill for larger vehicles. Downstairs fireplace is decorative only. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fine.
