The neighborhood is quiet. We have great sidewalks and bike lines for exercising and leisure walking. The neighborhood is located between the ocean across the street and the inlet one block up and to the Westside of Cozy. The park was newly renovated for kids to enjoy. Easy free access to the beaches and inlet with parking. Local attractions are the Chucks Seafood and many more restaurants.
