My husband Patrick and I have had rental properties for the last 6 years . We love meeting our guests and treating them like a part of the family ! We insist that our guests make themselves truly “At Home” here !

Property information

This amazing newly renovated apartment has it all! A front porch with outdoor seating and yes, Smoking is allowed on site .And there are no weight limits on any pets! In the kitchen we have provided our guests with an air fryer as well as a hot plate , toaster oven, microwave and fridge with an ice box.

Neighbourhood information

Oak Valley is our neighborhood which has a pond called Diamond Lake that has great fishing , and this is the only place in Gatlinburg where you can fish without having a license!
