Large 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom secluded home in Southern Pines with a swimming pool and very spacious backyard. The home also features a theater room with a 70 inch smart TV.
Hey! My wife, Ruth, and I love to travel and see new places. We enjoy being outdoor, hiking and playing sports (golf, tennis, pickle ball, skiing and soccer). We are available for communication from 9am-10pm EST.
Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Very close drive to downtown Southern Pines, Pinehurst and several golf courses are 5-10 minutes away from the home.
