This 4bd/2ba home includes two living rooms, game room with arcade games, Foosball, 2 50” TVs & 2 Echo Shows. Well-stocked kitchen great for cooking! A short drive to i-90. 4mi to Gonzaga, 5mi-Riverfront Park, 11mi-Whitworth, & 9mi-GEG Airport. Providence Sacred Heart & MultiCare Deaconess-4mi, most other hospitals- 11mi radius. Parking available in the driveway and street.
