Super spacious house with an open layout and 3 generous bedrooms, located in a quiet, safe area with a huge park just steps away. It's close to the 101 freeway, perfect for a rest stop or an extended stay, as we have space for remote work. The train is just 1.5 miles away, connecting San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Mateo, and San Francisco. The train has bike wagons if you prefer to avoid daily traffic. Enjoy this suburban area; it's hard to find in Silicon Valley.
I'm a traveler and love to share my house when I'm not around, so you will find a welcoming house that feels like home, not like a "showroom."
The house is in a suburban area with a huge natural park with tons of trees, a small river, and trails to walk or bike. People are very friendly, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. All major high-tech companies like Apple, Nvidia, and Netflix are within 35 minutes driving, and Google, Rivian, Lucid, Ford AV, and Meta, driving will take longer, but a jump on the train will take away the hassle. The train is < 1.5 miles away, and it has free WiFi. Most of the high-tech companies offer discounts for commuting.
