Located on a two-acre wooded lot, your outdoor space includes a beautifully landscaped fire pit with abundant seating and a large, rolling lawn - perfect for sledding, lawn games, playing fetch with the pups, or even hosting an intimate wedding or event with a max of 20 guests. Inside, you’ll find mountain-modern decor, hardwood floors, and an open floor plan made for entertaining. The chef’s kitchen features a Thermador oven, six-burner gas range, a built-in refrigerator, wine cooler, farmhouse sink, and an oversized butcher-block island with seating for eight. Additionally, the kitchen table seats six and a farmhouse dining room table seats up to 10, so you can easily feed a crowd. The centerpiece of the living and family rooms is the double-sided, river-rock gas fireplace, perfect for a chilly evening. A secondary den on the bottom level offers another gas-log fireplace and bar area with a mini-fridge, along with a pool table and game table.
