Story Brook is a peaceful resort retreat featuring a large wraparound deck overlooking rolling hills and a brook, complete with fresh mountain air, fireflies, and starlight. 2 private master suites. Easy access flat, paved roads for year-round travel. Blast internet, cable. Stained glass cathedral windows softly filter natural light from the vaulted ceiling. Relax outdoors with a hot tub, rockers., and pastoral beauty. Close to everything, but feels a million miles away from it all! Easy access paved city roads! No steep, difficult mountain roads or parking.

We are health care professionals who live in a small town, that has become a suburb of Louisville, KY. My favorite childhood memories were from time spent in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park with my family and I have shared the same beautiful vacations with my children as a living legacy. I love hiking, painting the blazing scenic vistas of nature, reading great novels, and teaching and performing music on string instruments. We are blessed to have this second cabin home and enjoy sharing the blessing!

Owned and managed by 5 star experienced hosts. This beautiful 2 bdrm, 2 full bath cabin sleeps 6. Queen bed in each bedroom, and a full bathroom including a shower/tub combo, creating 2 private master suites. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy infrared fireplace in the living room for year-round ambience and added warmth in the winter, along with a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, and a large flat screen TV. LIsten to the sounds of nature from a huge wraparound deck facing a peaceful valley and brook from the hot tub and the rockers! Less than 3 miles to Parkway, Dollywood and less than 15 minutes into the state park, but the cabin is so cozy you may never want to leave! Blackout curtains and high quality wooden shades adorn the bedrooms, allowing luxurious mornings of sleeping in, with beautiful nature views in the daytime. Resort includes picnic area, playground and cleared/mowed areas for nature walks! Deck is covered for 4 season enjoyment with an electric/infrared grill. Experience "Tennessee Luxury," in a private rustic well maintained cabin you'll want to claim as your new home-away-from-home!
