If for any reason you need to check-in after 10PM you should contact us to coordinate the after check-in time in advance. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time. Welcome to Hallandale Beach! Hallandale Beach City is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood beaches. This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami Beach. This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches. In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarket to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right across the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!) 2 Minute-walk to the beach 5/10 minute-walk to kids playgrounds Close to US1, quick access to I-95 highway 10 min from Aventura Mall 5 min from Gulfstream Park (horse racing and casino) 40 min from Miami Intl Airport 20 min from Lauterdale Intl Airport 10 min drive to Aventura Mall 20 min drive to Bal Harbour Shops 35 min drive to Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlet.
