Property info

Make your visit to Raleigh more fun by staying at our garage studio. The 2022 renovated space is designed for 1 or 2 travelers who do not mind a smaller space with a clean and minimalist design, PLUS an insulated garage door you can open on sunny days! Also if you are traveling with a bigger group the attached house offers space for up to five guests, and an on-property guest house sleeps two. This converted space is an amazing location while you explore Downtown Raleigh!

Neighborhood info

Welcome to the Battery Heights neighborhood, an established downtown community that is safe, inviting, accessible, and experiencing a renaissance, just like the rest of Raleigh. This is an urban street so expect regular foot traffic and friendly faces passing by! One can easily drive from here to most downtown hot spots in 5-7 minutes. Street parking is readily available and free. This is also a very walkable and bike-friendly area.
