This Charming 2 bedroom craftsman home is located near Historic Downtown Chickasha and has all the GOOD VIBES! It has been recently updated and renovated down to the studs and everything is brand new! You'll be centrally located in Chickasha with close access to Shannon Springs Park (Home of Festival of Light), grocery stores, coffee shops, the Grady County Fairgrounds, and in walking distance to downtown Chickasha's shops & restaurants. Be sure to enjoy a local taste at the the Canadian River Brewery and our local Coffee Shop, Viridian Coffee.
