Two king bedrooms offer privacy, views, and soundproof walls. A queen-size sofa in the living room offers extra sleeping space. Outside, take a dip in the pool, enjoy the starry sky from the spa, or hike your private boulder trail. The property also features a fire pit, outdoor shower, and relaxing lounge areas. Pets allowed with approval (75 usd fee). Children 2+ welcome (home is not childproof). No outdoor music—sound travels far. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. No smoking indoors (250 usd fee). Spa heat is available for 50 usd/day. Pool is not heated and has no gate—use with caution. Wifi is fastest in the area but may vary. Some wildlife sightings expected—please be mindful. Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees. TRUVI Verification: After booking, guests must verify ID and choose a refundable 500 usd deposit (minus 15 usd) or 35 usd waiver. A secure link will be sent by text.
