This newly remodeled (2023) elegant home is just minutes from Downtown, sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. This elegant 2500 sft villa has 5 beds ( 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins) in 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Ideal for couples, friends and families with kids, and your 4-legged family members. Enjoy magical mountain views from a large private, gated backyard with a new pebble-tech pool, and a separate spa. The home's inviting open floor plan connects the spacious living room with the dining area and the kitchen with its large breakfast counter. The living / dining area faces the beautiful backyard, and it flows out through large sliding doors to the expansive, private backyard with beautiful desert landscapes, magical unobstructed mountain views, and lots of loungers in the shade and a covered dining area, a saltwater pool (can be heated, fees apply) and a separate jacuzzi (heating free of charge). The backyard has a built-in gas BBQ, plenty of lounge chairs around the saltwater pool, a spa, a covered dining area, and pool floats. My husband Jim and I very much enjoy making our guests feel special and help create a truly memorable stay. My properties are hand-selected, beautiful Palm Springs vacation villas, close to Downtown, with magical mountain views, saltwater pools and spas, and lots of amenities. The homes are each 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2-3 bathrooms, and they are conveniently located just minutes from shops, restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and plenty of sightseeing and fun. Creating a home away from home for our guests and making sure they get great service for a fair price is what is important to me and our local managers, who are available to our guests to answer any questions and concerns they may have during their stay.
Our location is the ultimate Palm Springs retreat surrounded by the best the desert has to offer for outdoor adventure, golf, tennis, hiking, arts and culture, gaming and entertainment. Palm Springs offers a wealth of activities and events throughout the year. Everything is in walking distance, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, etc. And, in just a few minutes drive away, you are at the Indian Wells Tennis courts to enjoy the yearly BNP Tennis Open. Soar to the top of Mount San Jacinto on the world-famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, or hike the ancient palm groves of the Indian Canyons. Tour celebrity and mid-century homes, attend fabulous theater performances, or wind down with a poolside massage. In the evening, stroll the year round Villagefest, then relax with a swim under the stars. This vacation dream home is just minutes away from the Coachella Valley and the Coachella Music Festival, or you can also hop on one of the luxury coaches that will transport you directly to the festival. The property is in a safe, upscale neighborhood, and it is close to downtown making it easy to access, shops, stores, restaurant, bars, galleries, and enjoy other sightseeing options. It is located only 15 minutes from Palm Springs airport (depending on the direction of the winds, airplane noise by be noticeable).
