Enjoy entire renovated Victorian house, approx. 2 minute walk to beach & sleeps up to 10 guests. This FULLY renovated, 3 floor property has new kitchen, big living room, 6 cozy bedrooms & 3 new bathrooms, 8 beach passes, PRIVATE PARKING, linens, towels, paper products PROVIDED. Sit on wrap around front porch, take short walk to boardwalk, games, restaurants or aquarium. Train station is 1 mi. away. mart lock access, WIFI, TV, beach toys, 3 beach bikes, wagon, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC included. DISINFECTING: We clean with Hospital-grade cleaners and then disinfect with a mist Vital Oxide via electrostatic sprayer in between each guest stay. FEES COLLECTED BY HOST: A cleaning fee & refundable damage deposit will be collected via zelle/pay pal/Venmo prior to your stay. These fees were noted in your check-out summary, but not a part of your nightly total. The damage deposit will be returned on the day of check-out via the method they were collected, after a property inspection.

I communicate quickly with guests via text & phone. ***Check out is 10am SHARP to accommodate the next guests arriving, please.*** My local property manager is available to resolve any immediate concerns or issues with the physical unit if needed.
Classic beach town with active boardwalk and family attractions. Water sports and boat tours available at the inlet a few blocks away. Movies on the beach and fireworks weekly during the summer! The town is walkable or you could use the beach bikes provided.
