Property info

Private dock, swim mat, fire pit, hammock, XL covered porch, private fenced yard for the kids. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island or spend the day at a sandbar! You will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun on the water. Sunrises from the screened porch out front, and unbelievable sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway in the back. close to everything, 3 miles to beaches & hiking, 2 miles to walmart, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium. Very relaxing 3 bedroom and 1 bath home on the water with a private dock. There is a very large back yard with a privacy fence around all sides except the water. The water is very shallow at the edge. There is a very large screened porch with a comfy XL hammock and seating area, as well as a smaller open area to sit out and watch the kids play or enjoy the sunrise.
