Property info

This waterfront studio gives you the smile as you wake up in the morning with this bay view. At night, you will see the pelicans dancing in a row with great night lights. It's breezy air most of the seasons. It's a great place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening or even a cup of coffee or tea.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhoods are very quiet and friendly. We are within an hour or less away from Nasa, Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston Beach, Downtown Houston, Chinatown.
