Location, Location, Location. Newly and proffesionally decorated 2 BR+ 2BA Apt in Punta del Este. Extremely CLEAN and well equipped. The private terrace has a wood barbecue to make your own "asados". The kitchen is well equipped with all common appliances including a dishwasher for 8 services. Also you will have a washing machine inside the unit. Free Broadband Wifi Internet, on site private Garage, 24x7 security, Front Desk reception, and during peak season January and Feb you can opt for maid service (optional) . FOR STAYS DURING DECEMBER THRU MARCH the OWNER COULD ASK YOU TO GUARANTEE YOUR STAY WITH A 30% DEPOSIT, minimum.

Love to travel and always rent properties well located and clean.

Safe, and extremely well located. Two blocks from Enjoy Casino, and also 2 blocks to the beach. During high season you will haveBeach service. The neighbohood is nice and many services are just round the corner. Pharmacy, groceries store, minimarket, sushi house, bikes rental, car rentals, restaurants, pizza , and best parrilla in town is only 200 mts from Torre Francia. Enjoy whilw you walk thru the neighbourhood.
